We identified that there were numerous DDoS attacks (network/volumetric as well as application-level) over the Labor Day weekend. From 9:39am PST on 07-Sept-2020 to 11:30am PST on 07-Sept-2020, one of the attacks adversely affected the availability of our website as well as our customer public apps from certain geographies, especially in France.

The root cause has been identified to be attack filtering rules across our global network. We have optimized the rules to remediate this situation and will be rolling out further improvements over the next days.
