This is a courtesy notice of an emergency maintenance window for the following F5 services:
- F5 Distributed Infrastructure on Regional edges
Maintenance activities:
- Proactive restart of one of the service runs in Regional edges
Details:
- We will perform a service restart in RE to address a potential issue
Projected impact:
- During this window, customer services and applications should not experience any downtime and will continue to be served out of the other Network PoPs. There might couple minute drops in traffic graphs observed during changes being implemented.
- Customer edge connected to those RE main experience temporary tunnel down
