Our PoP in London (KDDI Telehouse North 2) experienced a cooling issue starting at 9:30 UTC. At 9:50 UTC some of our servers started to shutdown due to high temperature. Our operation team got automated alerts and quickly isolated London datacenter from our global network, and all equipment were shutdown to avoid any issue. There was no impact to any customer services as they were served out of our other regional PoPs. At 11:00 UTC cooling systems were restored by the Infrastructure provider (KDDI Telehouse) At 12:07 UTC temperature reach a normal value and all the equipment was restored to operational state. At 12:30 UTC all customer services were restored from London PoP
